3. Working with PeSeCo


We are a personnel service provider based in Tallinn, Estonia, collaborating with clients, candidates, applicants, suppliers, and partners. We handle your data responsibly, whether for contract processing or recruitment. Our employees and service providers are carefully selected, and we expect compliance with GDPR and the Estonian IKS.


For recruitment, we share data (e.g., application documents) with potential employers only with your consent, aiming to find suitable positions for you. Consent may be given verbally, by phone, or in writing.

    • Necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., with employers for placement),

    • Required by law,

    • Explicitly permitted by you.

We use services like Zoho Recruit, M365, or QualityHooster for data processing. These partners process data solely on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR.


4.3 Third-Country Transfers


Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU (e.g., USA), such as when using:


    • Google services (Analytics, Maps),

    • Platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, Upwork, GitHub, WhatsApp (Meta), Twitter.

We ensure compliance via EU Standard Contractual Clauses or your consent. Details are provided under the respective services (Section 8).


5. Storage and Deletion


We retain your data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by legal retention periods (e.g., tax law). Examples:


    • Application Data: Deleted 6 months after the process ends unless you consent to longer storage.

    • Contract Data: Kept up to 10 years per Estonian law.

Data is deleted or anonymized after these periods.

    • Dice, Honeypot, GitHub: IT talent platforms. Profile sharing with consent.


    • Zoho Recruit: Applicant management. Processing per agreement.

    • WhatsApp (Meta): End-to-end encrypted communication. Metadata transfer to the USA. Details: WhatsApp Privacy.

    • M365 (Microsoft): Productivity tools. Data processed in EU/USA. Details: Microsoft Privacy.

    • QualityHooster: Internal process optimization. Processing per contract.

9. Website Hosting


Our website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH. Processed data (e.g., IP addresses, access times) supports technical provision (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
